Our Story
ONE TRUTH FOUNDATION was founded in 2022 with a vision to create a more inclusive and compassionate society. What began as a small community initiative has grown into a respected non-profit organization making meaningful impact across multiple regions.We are a community-driven organization based in Assam, dedicated to uplifting the lives of the most neglected riverine communities of Assam. These regions—cut off by difficult terrain, poor road connectivity, and lack of essential services—continue to suffer from limited access to quality healthcare, education, and communication.
Our journey has been guided by the belief that every individual deserves access to basic rights and opportunities, regardless of their background or circumstances.
